Facials can be a helpful part of managing acne by deeply cleansing the skin, reducing congestion and supporting your skin's overall health. However, acne is influenced by many factors, including hormones, stress, lifestyle and genetics, so no facial can promise to clear acne completely. During your consultation, I'll assess your skin and tailor your treatment accordingly, while offering advice to help support your skin between appointments.

Yes, you can arrive wearing makeup. Your treatment will begin with a thorough cleanse and skin preparation.

Please arrive with your skin as you normally would. Avoid using strong exfoliants or active ingredients (such as retinol or acids) immediately before your appointment if your skin is sensitive.

This depends on your skin goals, but many clients enjoy a facial every 4–6 weeks to support their skin and maintain a consistent self-care routine.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will not be refunded.

Rest & Rise Skin Studio is a private home-based facial studio in Hither Green, South East London, just a short walk from Hither Green Station. Full address details will be provided after booking.

There is street parking available all along Nightingale Grove. I am conveniently located a 1 minute walk from Hither Green station, as well as many buses from Lewisham, if taking public transport.
